WELCOME TO ALMA, a Christian school prioritizing the development of character above all else. ALMA arose from the realization that Romanian Christian families are in need of what we offer – education rooted in genuine Christian faith, centered on the moral and intellectual growth of our students. While we cherish our cozy campus in Brasov, Romania, we believe that God’s vision for ALMA extends to Christian families throughout the world.

Students of ALMA will benefit from a uniform curriculum – the Christian Light Academy curriculum. This curriculum is delivered by educators of equal proficiency and underscores the importance of faith and character development. Students will be encouraged to prioritize the essentials, to prioritize loving God above all, loving your neighbor as yourself, and considering all other endeavors – be it wealth, fame, or pleasure – as secondary. While academic and professional accomplishments are assured as an ALMA graduate, you will be motivated by a vision for your future that surpasses mere self-interest.

While numerous institutions emphasize rigorous academics, ALMA purposefully designs its curriculum to foster emotional development. Consequently, we have devoted substantial effort to cultivating virtues and fortifying resistance against temptation. While academic achievements, university admissions, and career prospects are attainable in various educational settings, we contend that genuine fulfillment stems from a school environment that nurtures moral, intellectual, and spiritual advancement, guided by biblical principles.

However, mere recognition of what constitutes goodness and righteousness marks just the beginning of the journey. To lead a purposeful life and effect positive change, it becomes imperative to nurture character qualities that empower one to uphold righteousness even in the face of adversity. Throughout your tenure at ALMA, students will develop:
